Tallulah! Our sweet big girl is still looking for her forever home. She came from the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter with some of her brothers and sisters that were found as strays. A DNA test indicates that she is Perro de Presa Canario (78.6%), American Bulldog (9%) Dogue de Bordeaux (8.1%) and Rottweiler (4.3%) So she could end up being a BIG GIRL!! Tutu (as we affectionately call her) is about 5mo old, up to date on puppy shots and will be scheduled for her spay in a few months – due to her large breed status, we are waiting to spay at the recommendation of our vet team. But rest assured, that is all covered under her adoption fee. Tutu loves other dogs, cats are unknown at this time, but she has met some in cages at events and is a little timid of them, especially the one who swatted at her – that hurt her feelings pretty badly! Tutu also lives two young ladies and is very appropriate with children. She also lives with two other female adult dogs, she is respectful of different play styles and will adjust accordingly. She is SUPER SMART, crate trained and leash/harness trained.
We will not process any applications that intend to use any forms of negative training or tools with her – she is sensitive and would not do well with ANY force based training. Besides, she won’t need it – she’s SMART like we said and has been easy to train thus far. If you are intersted in adopting our little big lady, please apply today!!
